The beta
Encore is an early-stage service that organizes event information and provides private email aliases. Features may change, contain errors, or be temporarily unavailable. Please keep original ticket confirmations and rely on the official seller for entry, refund, transfer, cancellation, and event-status decisions.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect your login, and use Encore only for accounts and messages you are authorized to access. Do not use an alias for spam, impersonation, fraud, harassment, credential abuse, or unlawful activity.
Event information
Encore combines email extraction and third-party listings. Dates, venues, availability, prices, and on-sale information can change. Encore does not sell or guarantee tickets and is not the venue, promoter, artist, or ticketing provider unless explicitly stated.
Feedback and suspension
You may send product feedback, which Encore may use to improve the service without identifying you publicly. Encore may pause an account or alias to protect fans, providers, deliverability, or the platform while investigating abuse or a security issue.
Beta limitations
The beta is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or perfect parsing. To the extent permitted by law, Encore is not responsible for indirect losses, missed events, ticketing-provider errors, or decisions made from incomplete third-party information.
